The savings calculator and any figures shown on this site are estimates for general illustration only. They are not an appraisal, a guarantee of sale price, or a binding quote. Our fee is one percent of the sale price with a five thousand dollar minimum, plus a nine hundred ninety five dollar transaction fee. Buyer representation is a separate agreement. All fees, terms, and services are set only in a written agreement signed by you and the brokerage.
